Conditions and additional work
1. If the application is based on intent to use, applicant is required to submit 3-year declaration of use counted from filing date; 2. If the application is based on used, a declaration of use must be submitted 5-6 years counted from the trademark registration date and when it is renewed, otherwise the trademark will be invalid.
