Show real use
A drawing identifies your mark. A specimen shows the mark in use for the goods or services in the application. A logo file on its own does not demonstrate that use.
Prepare the material
For products, photograph the mark on the actual product, packaging or attached label. For services, provide material that connects the mark to the services, such as a relevant advertisement or website.
Keep the context
For a website capture, retain the URL and the access date. Upload the original, legible material in your case. The case team must check the filing basis, timing and suitability; uploading evidence does not establish acceptance by the office.
